Spend time on the dock stretching over the calm waters of Sproat Lake, relax on the beach just steps from your front door, or take a paddleboat, canoe, or kayak out on the lake for a day of exploration. Cut through the tranquil surface with every stroke taking you to a new horizon. At day’s end, unwind on your private patio for a well-deserved barbeque while taking in the play of light among the trees and over the crystal waters. As you call it a night in your air-conditioned room, you can hardly wait to see what adventures tomorrow will bring.

Your private parking spot is the jumping off point for the next exciting day. Drive or walk the short distance, only 900m, to the Fish and Duck Pub where powerboats, paddleboards, and kayaks await. If you’ve never tried wake-surfing, a professional driver and teacher will get you started. Soon, you’ll be riding the waves behind a speeding boat as your friends cheer you on. Make sure you take lots of pictures to send to those that missed out on the free wifi back at Hampton House.

Tie up your own boat (up to 22’) at our private dock. Cutthroat and Rainbow Trout as well as Kokanee Salmon call Sproat Lake home, or you can sail along the 25km length of the lake. With over 90km of shoreline, there are nearly endless spectacular views to amaze and delight.
